About

Fashion and everyday finds, all in one place

Machav is an online store for women's and men's fashion, shoes, bags, jewellery, beauty, home décor and pet supplies. We bring together thousands of products from trusted suppliers into one shop, with new arrivals every week and prices that stay affordable.

Why we started

Shopping online for affordable fashion often means jumping between marketplaces, guessing at sizes and wondering who you're actually buying from. We started Machav to make that simpler: one store, clear product information, honest prices, and a team you can reach.

What makes Machav different

Machav runs on its own commerce platform, built in-house rather than on an off-the-shelf store builder. That lets us do things a standard shop can't:

Clearer product details. We use AI to turn supplier information, including product photos, into consistent descriptions and size charts with the right measurements, so you can choose with more confidence. Smarter fulfilment. Every order is routed to the supplier and warehouse best placed to send it, and tracking flows back to your account automatically.

Always up to date. Prices, stock and availability sync from our suppliers throughout the day, so what you see is what we can deliver.

Built to scale. Our platform runs on Amazon Web Services, with caching and automated syncing that keep the store fast as our catalogue grows. Our promise

Fair, transparent pricing: no hidden fees at checkout. Secure payments: checkout is handled by established payment providers, and we never see or store your card details. Real support: questions about an order, sizing or a return go to our team, not a bot loop. See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages for the details. Who we are

Machav is founded and run by Malati Rathod in Auckland, New Zealand. We're a small, independent team building the kind of online store we'd want to shop at ourselves.
