Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 15 October 2025 Last Updated: 14 September 2026

1. Delivery Destinations

Machav may offer delivery to New Zealand, Australia, United States, United Kingdom, India, selected European countries and other destinations shown at checkout.

2. Dropshipping and Fulfilment

Machav may use third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, fulfilment providers and logistics companies.

Products may therefore:

  • ship directly from suppliers;
  • originate from different countries;
  • arrive in separate packages;
  • have different tracking numbers;
  • use supplier packaging; or
  • have different estimated delivery times.

These arrangements do not transfer Machav's customer-facing delivery obligations to the customer.

3. Processing

Processing times vary by product and supplier.

The estimated processing time may be shown at checkout or in order communications.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Machav expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays can occur because of:

  • carriers;
  • customs;
  • weather;
  • public holidays;
  • supplier processing;
  • incorrect address information;
  • transport disruption;
  • government restrictions; or
  • other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where no timeframe has been agreed, delivery will occur within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

5. New Zealand Consumer Deliveries

Where Machav sells a product to a New Zealand consumer and arranges delivery, Machav remains responsible for its applicable delivery obligations.

If a product is late, lost, damaged or otherwise has a delivery problem, contact Machav.

Machav may coordinate with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue.

The customer is not required to pursue the supplier directly.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking information may take time to update.

7. Lost Deliveries

If a delivery has not arrived within the applicable timeframe, contact Machav.

Machav will investigate with the relevant fulfilment provider or carrier.

8. Damaged Deliveries

Photograph damaged packaging and products where possible and contact Machav.

Machav will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Where an order becomes undeliverable due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional costs may apply where legally permitted.

This does not override statutory rights.

10. Multiple Shipments

A single order may be fulfilled through multiple suppliers or fulfilment locations and may therefore arrive in multiple packages.

11. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges.

Responsibility for such charges depends on the relevant delivery arrangement and destination.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Where a customer refuses delivery or an order is undeliverable because of customer-provided information, additional costs may apply where legally permitted.

13. Delivery Delays

Machav will make reasonable efforts to investigate significant delivery delays.

Supplier or carrier involvement does not remove Machav's applicable obligations to the customer.

14. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges will generally be displayed at checkout.

Free-shipping promotions may be subject to separate terms.

15. Changes

Machav may change carriers, delivery methods, destinations and shipping charges.

Changes will not affect accepted orders except where permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
